BIRTHDAY POLICIES
CANCELLATION
If, due to a weather alert or other major episode on or around the date of your reserved party, you feel the need to cancel your party, The Woodlands Children’s Museum, reserves the right to withhold any deposit if the Museum is officially open for admission on the day of the scheduled party. In the event TWCM is officially closed, we will return your deposit or reschedule your party for a later date.PARTY TIME
You can access your party room no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be allowed additional time in the party room. Parties MUST end at their scheduled time. NO exceptions.The Museum closes at 5:00 P.M. If you are scheduled for the last party, you and your guests are invited to arrive early to play; however, you WILL NOT have access to your party room until 15 minutes prior to the party time for set up.
If having the Activity Party Package, the selected activity will be held during the two hours of the birthday party. If, for any reason, you decide not to do the activity, you will be charged as reserved. NO exceptions.
ADMISSION
Admission to the Museum is for 13 children and 20 adults. The birthday child and immediate family are counted in this tally. There can be no more than two birthday honorees per party. Your guests will be asked to sign in as they enter the Museum. Appropiate fees will be charged for additional children up to the 25 maxiumum.If you exceed the 13 children, you will incur a $5.00 per extra child (or $6.00 per extra child in an activity party) charge that you will pay at the end of your party. Anyone over the age of 13 constitutes an adult and anyone under the age of two is free.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
You may bring your own prepared food or have it delivered. Food and drinks must stay in the private party rooms. We offer you cold storage; ice chests are allowed.Heating devices are NOT allowed in the Museum. (i.e. chafing dishes, crock pots, microwaves or hot plates.)
Glassware is NOT allowed in the Museum.
Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed in the Museum.
