MEMBERSHIP POLICIES ENROLLMENT At least one but no more than two adult names must be listed as the Designated Adult(s) on each membership. When there are two Designated Adults on a membership, they must be members of the same household. Memberships are non-transferable and for the exclusive use of those individuals designated on the cards coming from a single household. NOTE: Cards presented by non-members are subject to confiscation. CHILDREN Children through age 21 living in the household must be designated on Family, Family Plus, and Supporter Memberships. Name and date of birth are required. GRANDCHILDREN Grandchildren through age 21 who are unmarried must be designated on Grandparent Memberships. Name and date of birth are required. Grandparents must accompany child(ren) on each visit. MEMBER VISITS At least one Designated Adult must be present for any member visit. A Designated Adult must provide proof of identity such as a valid driver’s license or other photo ID at the point of admission. The name on ID must match name indicated on membership. The only exception to this rule is if a Designated Caregiver is visiting in place of a Designated Adult. CAREGIVER POLICY A Designated Caregiver must be at least 18 years old. Caregiver privileges are only valid when Caregiver is accompanied by child(ren) through age 18. When bringing children to the museum, the Designated Caregiver must present proof of caregiver identity. All Family Memberships are entitled to list up to two (2) caregivers. NOTE: Caregiver’s children are NOT covered under memberships. MEMBERSHIP CARDS One card and one key tag will be issued per membership. Members must present card/tag upon admission to Museum. REPLACEMENT CARD There is a $10.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen cards. NO EXCEPTIONS. FOOD AND DRINKS No food or drinks of any kind (including water) are allowed in the Museum. DISCLAIMER The Woodlands Children’s Museum is not responsible for refunding any portion of a membership fee in the unlikely event of closure due to acts of nature or other uncontrollable events.
